Windflow Technology Pays Dividend on Preference Shares

11 July 2013 - NZAX Announcement. The directors of Windflow Technology Limited have resolved to pay the first dividend on the Company’s preference shares. These preference shares, which are unlisted, were issued in March this year pursuant to the Company’s February rights issue prospectus. The dividend will be paid to holders of preference shares recorded on the register on the record date of 28 June 2013. The total dividend payment will be $125,545.68.

Second Windflow Turbine Destined for the UK

7 Dec 2012 New Zealand based wind turbine manufacturer Windflow Technology Ltd (WTL) has secured an agreement for a second UK-based Windflow 500 turbine which is destined for New Holland farm on the main island of Orkney, north of Scotland.
