What is Windflow's dividend policy?
Windflow is a start-up company developing new technology that is sold into a developing market, and requiring re-investment of cash generated to fund its growth. Therefore, like most so-called "growth companies", Windflow does not currently pay a dividend to its shareholders, nor is there any certainty that it will pay dividends at any time in the future. The Company's Directors, however, are aware that shareholders deserve to be rewarded for their investment, either through the increasing value of the shares they hold, through payment of dividends, or both. They will strive to pay dividends on a prudent basis when Windflow Technology Ltd.'s profitability and cash reserves allow this to occur.
How often will Windflow report its results and when will this occur?
Windflow's financial year ends June 30 and an annual report is typically released in October. Windflow also provides an interim half year report to December 31 typically released in April.
